Fasttrack was a blatant XLR8 ripoff, but I always had a soft spot for the guy. Why not try and fix some of the issues.
Society and Such:
They are a very competitive species, and all Chalybeas located Citrakayahs are great hunters. There are some spread across the universe with varying levels of hunting skills. Some are even bounty hunters for hire. Citrakayahs are at the top of the food chain on Chalybeas. On Chalybeas, they hunt non sentient gazelle like prey. Chalybeas is in the sister planet of Kinet, the home of Kinecelerans, somehow equal distance from the sun they orbit, and from the outside the two planets look identical, except that Kinet spins faster. This might explain the similar color scheme and power set.
Powers:
Citrakayahs can run up to 400 mph, slower than the average Kineceleran, but they make up for it with great tracking abilities, able to hunt down their prey by many means, ranging from scent to footprints, and they are on average far stronger than a Kineceleran. They are very stealthy, easily blending into the blue landscapes on Chalybeas. They are very agile and have great reflexes. They can unhinge their jaws and have really sharp claws and sharp points on their arms that are knife like, able to slice through their prey's thick bone.

There should be just 1 and only 1 thing that can kill a Citrakayah. Like an eagle that has tough hide and is stealthier and speedier than a Citrakayah. It should have great eyesight so it can see Citrakayahs.
